Runny the Witch, here. I want to share the recipe for one of the easiest and yet most delicious dessert snacks this side of the grave. The recipe makes a lot of creepy-crawly treats (about two dozen) so save some for your friends, throw a Halloween party, or entomb the extras in the fridge until you’re ready for a delicious snack. Each batch of Spider Bites is crawling with flavor. Decorate the Spiders any way you’d like. Use melted white chocolate to form decorative webs, or make the Spider Bites into something even creepier with candy eyes. Just follow the 10 easy steps below and you’ll have yourself a dessert favorite to serve your friends in no time at all. |

Directions
Make some Spider Bites by following these 10 easy steps.
Step 1:
Assemble all your ingredients.
Step 2:
Pour chow mein noodles into a medium or large bowl.
Step 3:
Add peanuts.
Step 4:
Add marshmallows to your dry mix of peanuts and chow mein noodles.
Step 5:
Heat pot of water on medium heat.
Step 6:
Cut your eight ounces of milk chocolate into small slivers.
Step 7:
Add chocolate to bowl and put bowl over heated water. Be sure not to get any water in the chocolate as it will seize and be ruined. Also be careful not to burn chocolate by stirring continuously until melted and smooth .
Step 8:
Pour melted chocolate over dry ingredients and stir with spatula until well mixed.
Step 9:
Pinch with fingers and thumb of one hand a small sized helping of the mix and put on wax paper. Assemble legs to look more like an arachnid. Refrigerate.
Step 10:
Enjoy!
