Flea Tea
Oh, uh, hey. It’s Gummy. Excuse me as I just scratch behind my ear. Oh, yes! That’s the spot! Perhaps you already guessed, but werewolves can have real flea problems. I think I currently have an infestation of the fur. Good news, though! I can brew a batch of Flea Tea. I don’t want to make the bold claim that I invented the tea… because I didn’t, but I would have liked for you to assume I did invent it, even if just for that brief pause. No, in reality, Flea Tea is a werewolf tradition that stretches back many moons to well before the oldest living werewolf… and werewolves live a long time. The recipe is passed down from generation to generation. It stands as the only good thing about getting attacked by fleas. Note that humans seem to have an aversion to fleas so I substituted chia seeds for the fleas in this recipe. Apparently fleas outside of Toonstone carry diseases, so stick to the seeds.

Make some Flea Tea by following these easy steps.
Step 1:
Assemble all your ingredients.
Step 2:
Boil water in kettle. Steep your tea of choice in 1 ½ cups boiling water.
Step 3:
Pour remaining water (1 cup) in glass or mug, let sit a couple minutes. Add chia seeds to cup of still hot but not boiling water. Stir
Step 4:
Allow chia seeds to expand into a gel like substance in the hot water for twenty minutes or more. You may choose to let this mixture sit in refrigerator overnight.
Step 5:
Split seed gel between two glasses. Combine with tea (hot or chilled).
Step 6:
Garnish with lime if you desire. Enjoy!
